about us

My name is Monica Campbell and I have been by Mike’s side for 15 years now. He is truly an exceptional husband, great father and extremely creative chef. He really loves what he does to the point of a workaholic. He is so driven that I don’t doubt his dreams will come true for Little Blue Joint. We moved here because we love the way of life in the country but also to have a base for a great restaurant because Mike could not live without his passion for cooking. Our mission in Darby is to make a destination spot for people to come and enjoy great food.

Little Blue Joint’s name came from an area called Painted Rocks Lake up the West Fork Road. Painted Rocks is a fun destination spot for campers, hikers, fishermen, boaters and outdoor enthusiasts. It’s a beautiful part of Montana!
